Requirements

Prior experience in aircraft detailing, aviation services or detailing strongly preferred
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an operations or field management role
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
Ability to work in an active FBO or airport environment and adhere to security requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the aircraft detailing business, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
Lead, schedule, and supervise detailing staff and crew assignments
Perform hands-on aircraft detailing including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and surface protection
Maintain compliance with aviation facility safety protocols and ramp access procedures
Manage inventory of detailing supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Monitor job quality, conduct inspections, and uphold company standards on every aircraft
