This position is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, including production, quality, and safety. The role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The Operations Manager will also prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. A key aspect of the role is monitoring and ensuring compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The position requires supervising and managing associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This includes teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures, as well as participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers.
