This position is responsible for communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety), and implementing operational improvements. The role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. It also includes preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports to identify operational improvements, and monitoring compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives. The position requires identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervising and managing associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This includes teaching, supporting, and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures, and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers.
