The Operations Manager – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is responsible for overseeing daily operations supporting the Department of Labor (DOL) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) program. This role ensures the seamless execution of electronic records, data processing, workflow coordination, and operational support activities across multiple teams in a fast-paced federal contracting environment. The Operations Manager – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) serves as the primary operational liaison between contractor leadership and Government stakeholders, ensuring production goals, quality standards, service level expectations, and contractual requirements are consistently achieved. This position plays a critical role in workforce management, operational reporting, quality assurance, process improvement, and employee development while maintaining efficient and compliant operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with experience managing high-volume workflows, supervising teams, analyzing productivity metrics, and supporting federal or regulated environments.
