About The Position

The Operations Manager, Client Services / Personal Care Services role is a full-time position based at the Brooklyn Office. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the Client Care, Patient Care Coordination, and EVV/Finance teams. The goal is to ensure timely case acceptance, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and visit verification processes. The manager will also drive business development, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee financial operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree or relevant experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience as a coordinator or in the Home Care environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Client Care, Patient Care Coordination, and EVV/Finance teams to ensure timely case acceptance, staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and visit verification processes.
  • Manage team performance and caseload distribution to achieve scheduling, staffing, and fill-rate goals while maintaining high standards of service delivery and documentation accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain on-call schedules to provide seamless 24/7 support for clients and care partners.
  • Drive business development and referral relationship initiatives to support market growth and expand service opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting client, care partner, referral source, vendor, and company satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and financial operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts by addressing client, vendor, and service concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, including incident and complaint tracking.
  • Monitor trends, identify recurring service issues, and implement proactive training, process improvements, and communication strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on delivering outstanding client care and operational excellence.
