The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is an intensive 18-month development program designed to prepare high-potential leaders for a future role as an Operations Manager. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and formal training, participants will gain a deep understanding of operational excellence, leadership, and business strategy in one of the most stable and essential industries in the country. Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage complex projects.
  • Working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
  • The Operations Manager Accelerated Trainee position is not sponsorship eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in core operational areas and support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance metrics including sales, gross profit, and inventory.
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business unit strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate and promote the leadership values of the Republic Way.
