Operations Management Trainee Program Are you ready to launch your leadership career in warehouse operations? Lineage's Operations Management Trainee Program is an immersive, hands-on development experience designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within our operations network. Throughout this multi-week rotational program, you'll work alongside experienced operations leaders, gaining real-world experience through a structured "shadow, do, lead" training approach. You'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll transition into a frontline leadership role, leading a team of warehouse professionals and contributing to the continued success of our operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field; OR equivalent experience, including at least two years of relevant civilian or military experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop into an operations leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, including cold-storage and temperature-controlled settings.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels while following all required safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions focused on warehouse operations and leadership development.
  • Learn directly from experienced leaders through hands-on, on-the-job training.
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, product movement, labor planning, and team engagement.
  • Assist in achieving performance goals related to productivity, customer service, quality, and profitability.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Complete all required program milestones and development activities.
  • Meet performance expectations established by site leadership.
