About The Position

The Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) at Brunswick is a 2-year structured rotational program designed for new graduates to build leadership skills and operational expertise, preparing them for future leadership roles in Operations Management. Participants will make immediate contributions while working alongside operations leaders, gain exposure to multiple locations across the US through networking opportunities, and receive support from Brunswick's executive leadership team. The program includes on-the-job learning and regular programming events for exposure to different divisions and locations. Brunswick is a global marine leader committed to innovation and transforming experiences on the water.

Requirements

Must be a full-time undergraduate student graduating in Spring ’27 with a focus on Engineering Management, Operational Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Business Analytics.
Must have a desire to build a career in Operations Leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness and ability to relocate to various US locations (Fond du Lac, WI, Ft Wayne, IN, New York Mills, MN, Lebanon, MO, Edgewater, FL, Knoxville, TN, Merritt Island, FL – locations subject to modification).
Must have permanent US Work authorization.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Business Analytics.

Nice To Haves

1-2 previous internships or co-ops in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Support operations, observe processes, collaborate with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing shop floor.
Manage and/or participate in project teams supporting engineering, manufacturing, plant management, general operations, and program management.
Evaluate performance and productivity.
Act as a leader for front-line production employees.
Help create a Lean culture and promote operations excellence.
Build an understanding of operations methods within Brunswick.
Generate reports and give presentations.
Make recommendations to leadership teams.
Problem Solving/Root Cause Correct Action follow-through.
Challenge the status quo by looking for areas of improvement.
