About The Position

This position is a training role that will prepare you to lead diverse teams as a plant Operations Supervisor following this 12-month training program. During this time, you will get the support and inspiration you need to choose your own path in developing an exciting career with global impact. Based on your performance and after approximately 12 months in this role, you will work with your manager to identify your next role as an Operations Plant Leader at a different location. You will need to relocate. Relocation assistance will be provided for your first official role as a Plant Leader. As an Operations Management Associate, you may also be asked to work at different locations to help with local needs and advance your career development. During your time here, the path your training takes may include: Operations Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Engineering/Maintenance Accounting (Grain Inventory, Budgeting, and related activities) Continuous Improvement Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employee Relations Additional areas based on business needs and your interests.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's or master's degree (to be completed between May 2025 – Summer 2026).
  • Alternatively, an associate's degree.
  • Alternatively, achieved E-4 rank (or higher) in a military background.
  • Alternatively, two years' relevant experience (operational, mechanical, and/or leadership experience).
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa, or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Must relocate after approximately 12 months at the original hiring location.
  • Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually.
  • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends when the need arises.

Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse teams as a plant Operations Supervisor following a 12-month training program.
  • Work with manager to identify next role as an Operations Plant Leader at a different location after approximately 12 months.
  • Work at different locations to help with local needs and advance career development.
  • Gain experience in Operations Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership.
  • Gain experience in Engineering/Maintenance.
  • Gain experience in Accounting (Grain Inventory, Budgeting, and related activities).
  • Gain experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Gain experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Gain experience in additional areas based on business needs and interests.
  • Ensure facilities are run safely and efficiently.
  • Learn elevator operations.
  • Lead a small team.
  • Contribute to a successful team.
  • Perform weekend and on-call duties as required.
