The Coordinator of Residence Life & Maintenance Technician serves as a vital dual-function leader within our Richfield residential community. This role is designed for a versatile professional who possesses both the emotional intelligence to manage student relationships and the technical skill to maintain a high-quality physical environment. This unique role is the steward of building infrastructure (diagnosing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the safety and functionality of all residential units) and a community advocate (mentoring student residents, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and responding to emergencies with a calm, authoritative presence). Typically splitting time between these rolls 50/50 depending on demand and time of year. The successful candidate doesn't just see a "building" or a "resident list"; they see a living, breathing community that requires both structural integrity and social harmony to thrive. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working with your hands as much as you enjoy helping people navigate life’s challenges, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the daily lives of our residents/students.
