We are seeking a hands-on, high-ownership Operations & Logistics Associate to join our Dallas warehouse team. This role is strictly focused on execution - handling the daily, ground-level physical operations of our warehouse. This role bridges high-level planning with ground-level tactical execution. You will manage the physical lifecycle of our volunteer event kits - sourcing, sorting, assembling, packing, labeling, and shipping under strict event deadlines. Additionally, you will also drive local procurement strategy, inventory planning, and vendor cost optimization. If you thrive in an active warehouse environment and enjoy blending analytical planning with hands-on operational delivery, this role is for you.
