Requirements

Able to lift 50lb of shipment
Must work on tight close out shipment whenever needed
Handling live animal shipment
DG certification is additional
Must have past airport operation experience with Booking, creating MAWB, etc.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask.
Good organizational and communication skills
Good computer skills
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, order fulfillment, customer service operations, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Certification in logistics operations, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Carries materials and positions inventory to maintain organized and efficient warehouse flow.
Verifies shipment details and confirms accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
Records inventory movements and updates systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments.
Observes equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
Coordinates with team members to align on task requirements and execution priorities.
Detects discrepancies or delays and escalates them with relevant details for resolution.
