This role is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills. As an Operations Leadership Trainee, you will participate in hands-on training and mentoring to learn all profit center jobs and develop the skills necessary for a leadership position. You will actively seek to understand all aspects of the business and lead by example, embodying the qualities of a future Hajoca Manager. The role requires effective communication, influence, and persuasion with customers, teammates, and vendors, while meeting all training goals and timelines. You will master every job position, demonstrate operational excellence, and acquire comprehensive product knowledge. The position involves assuming responsibility, demonstrating leadership, and positively impacting the Profit Center through daily work and projects. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment safely, assisting customers with purchases and pickups, and completing required safety and compliance training. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.
