Operations Leader
About The Position
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing organization for an experienced operations leader to oversee a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven manager who thrives under pressure and knows how to build, lead, and retain large teams while driving continuous improvement. This position sits within a demanding, metric-driven operation where daily decision-making directly impacts throughput and service levels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, leading large teams through change, and partnering closely with support functions to keep systems running smoothly.
Requirements
- Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment
- Automation & systems management - Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them
- Labor force management - Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale
- Team leadership - Recent experience leading large teams

- LEAN / Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
