About The Position

This role leads multiple operations teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving process improvements, cost savings, and strong employee engagement. The Operations Leader applies critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills to optimize production, implement lean manufacturing practices, and support a collaborative, team-based culture.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of successful problem solving using critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proven operations management experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience leading multiple teams and departments in manufacturing.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage personnel.
Strong background working within a team-based organization as a team member, subject matter expert, or team lead.
Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
ERP system experience.

Experience in the manufacturing lighting industry is a plus.

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality and service levels.
Use ERP systems to manage and monitor production, inventory, and other key operational data.
Leverage Excel proficiency to analyze operational metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, and collaboration across all teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of manufacturing activities and support business objectives.
