The Operations Lead is a critical role within the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching towards profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results that support total store operations. The Operations Lead will also lead by example, inspiring staff in daily operations and guest experience, and directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development. They will collaborate with other leads to ensure cross-functional training and seamless business execution, while also executing company-level operations-focused directives and projects.
