About The Position

The Operations Lead is accountable for end-to-end coordination of operational execution, including new product introduction, recovery planning, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness. It serves as the central integrator across functions, driving visibility, root cause resolution, and disciplined decision-making through tiered governance. Provides execution-based inputs to financial forecasts and capacity plans to enable informed business tradeoffs and commitment alignment. This position is working onsite at Phoenix Facility - AZ.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations environment.
  • Experience in ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans.
  • Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure.
  • Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams.
  • Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the product line level.
  • Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.
  • Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews.
  • Interface directly with site and working teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Prioritizes actions and drives resolution within the assigned product line.
  • Escalates issues that require cross product line tradeoffs or exceed authority.
  • Attend program/product reviews.
  • Support Tier meeting governance.
  • Provide recovery plans and execution updates.
  • Delivery, risk, and performance updates.
