About The Position

This Operations Lead position is responsible for leading strategic project delivery for Enterprise and Gaming, managing end-to-end lifecycles for the planning and delivery of Operations strategic projects, and ensuring their success. This includes documenting processes and work instructions, defining deliverables, creating schedules, leading meetings, and ensuring budgets are accomplished. The role supports and manages a diverse mix of Operations projects across Supply Chain, New Channel Integration, Shipping/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Systems. Key responsibilities involve developing and documenting processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and project communications, as well as organizing meetings, developing agendas, and monitoring project status. The Operations Lead will also document and update all Operations Processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC) for Pre-Fulfillment, Fulfillment, and Materials Management. The role requires providing direction and task oversight to individuals, departments, and stakeholders, gathering data from end users to evaluate project objectives, goals, and scope, and participating in global meetings, sometimes outside normal work hours. Building strong relationships with Carriers (Inbound/Outbound), troubleshooting with Global Trade Compliance to reduce late shipments, and coordinating with Procurement for timely material delivery are also essential. The Lead will develop and formalize processes and procedures within M&M and Fulfillment for OTC, and be accountable for OTC launch performance and continuous improvement. A significant part of the role involves leading the Navision to D365 conversion as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving systems enhancements across ERP, WES, and WMS, and guiding cross-functional teams through the transition. Additionally, the role project manages picking and shipping processes, such as fulfillment with M&M and Fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Track record of resolving problems and complex issues
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and balance diverse work schedule and demonstrates ability to be highly organized and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with oral and written communication and with conducting presentations
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems

Nice To Haves

  • Technical/bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of proven experience in leading/supporting project management tasks, including demonstrated experience in establishing deliverables and timelines. Preferably in an operation, manufacturing, shipping and/or distribution environment
  • Project Management Certification
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Participate in global meetings, some being outside of normal work hours with external and internal partners
  • Liaison and build strong relationships and partnerships with Carriers (Inbound / Outbound)
  • Troubleshoot and work with Global Trade Compliance to reduce/eliminate late shipments
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure delivery of required channel material on time
  • Develop and formalize processes and procedures within M&M and Fulfillment for OTC
  • Accountable for the performance of OTC launch and ongoing operations including continuous improvement
