The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through effective operations. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results for total store operations. The Operations Lead will also act as a Business Leader, managing reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities, while demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics. As a People Leader, they will inspire staff, directly oversee Operations Associates, and be responsible for talent recruitment and development. They will also serve as a Business Partner, collaborating with other leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and executing company-level operations directives.
