The Operations Lead will champion strong visual standards, support a safe work environment, and maintain efficient stockroom operations. This role also involves business acumen, leveraging metrics to support strategies, and dynamic floor presence to meet business, team, and guest needs. As a People Leader, they will directly oversee Operations Associates, focusing on recruitment, development, and performance evaluation. They will also act as a Business Partner, collaborating with other leads to ensure seamless execution of company directives and projects.
