The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through effective operations and team coaching. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate tasks, delegate work, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results that support total store operations. The Operations Lead will also act as a business leader, managing reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities, while demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies. Furthermore, this role involves people leadership, directly overseeing Operations Associates, and collaborating with other leads to ensure the business is well-executed.
