About The Position

The Operations Lead is a critical role within the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through effective operations management and team coaching. This position works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure optimal results for total store operations. The role involves leading inventory management, executing key operational functions, championing visual standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision-making.
  • Values feedback, is receptive to receiving feedback, and eager to provide it.
  • High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General Manager to address process or system gaps.
  • Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
  • Assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.
  • Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.
  • Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development.
  • Use company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide feedback for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure cross-functional alignment and business execution.
  • Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager.
