The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results for total store operations. The Operations Lead will also act as a Business Leader, partnering to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. They will demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies and will move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. As a People Leader, they will lead by example, inspire staff, and directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, using company performance tools for evaluation and feedback.
