The Operations Lead - Processing, Night Shift, is responsible for defining, creating, and achieving standard work and driving optimization within their assigned business unit. This role requires the ability to operate and understand the equipment and processes within the business unit, investigate and correct non-routine or unique equipment issues, and demonstrate a high level of technical understanding, decision-making, and root cause analysis abilities. The position also involves identifying continuous improvement opportunities and supporting, implementing, and maintaining food safety, food safety culture, and quality practices as required through SQF.
