Requirements
- Completed Track I of the Operations Leadership Program (required)
- In good standing with no active counseling reports.
Nice To Haves
- At least 90 days experience at Mister (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing routines, wash quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow.
- Model exceptional service and support Guest Service Specialists in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Coach teammates in real time, reinforce expectations, and help maintain alignment during team huddles.
- Maintain Mister’s brand standards by ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistent execution across the site.
- Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment readiness to keep operations running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly with store leadership to ensure team alignment, clarity of assignments, and strong shift execution.
- Promote the Unlimited Wash Club® by supporting team engagement and customer education.
