Responsibilities

  • Extract, manipulate, and cleanse large data sets to support existing clients using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL
  • Analyze data and identify actionable insights by reporting within the product interface and Tableau
  • Maintain tracking of client-specific internal reporting goals based on their quotas and capacity
  • Conduct industry research in a variety of fields (think: federal regulation, speech analytics, internet protocols) then apply it in real time to team processes and data visualization
  • Create comprehensive playbooks to add to our training library
  • Support testing of automation tools by running structured test cases, logging results, and flagging failures or edge cases for engineering follow-up
  • Surface candidates for automation by identifying repetitive manual tasks based on volume, repeatability, and error rate
  • Execute on tasks that fall outside automation scope — applying judgment to exceptions, one-offs, and edge cases that tools can't yet handle
  • Use Excel and SQL to validate that automated outputs match expected results
  • Track QA outcomes across automation rollouts, noting regressions and gaps that require follow-up
  • Create reports and visualizations that measure automation impact vs. manual baseline (time saved, error reduction, and task deflection)
