About The Position

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an Operations Intern to join their Camden, Texas team in 2027. This internship is designed for aspiring professionals seeking expedited training, professional development, mentorship, exposure to operations leadership, and career growth. Interns will be assigned to a Plywood location and will support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with a focus on compliance, safety, and health. The program includes a centralized onboarding kick-off, multiple training opportunities, and exposure to Koch companies' Principle-Based Management culture. Interns will work alongside experienced employees to solve real problems and improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a 4-year degree program.
  • Eligible for Summer employment during 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in a Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree program.
