Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Demonstrate success with multi-tasking and organizing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and has initiative to complete tasks in a timely fashion

- Currently a student or a new graduate
- A student majoring in finance, business administration, sport management or related field
Responsibilities
- Learn and assist the Director of Strategic Operations and Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth with operational and administrative tasks.
- Gain valuable experience in the sports and recreation industry.
- Assist in pulling, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data to support budgeting, revenue tracking, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Complete an internship to gain real-world experience in sports management.
- Help during special events and additional projects that are not related to their specific area.
