This is not a classic operations internship. You won't manage slide decks, shadow senior staff, or run coffee errands. From day one, you'll own real parts of the business — and your default response to anything manual should be to automate it away. You'll report directly to a founder and be expected to move fast, fix things that are broken, and build systems that scale. This is a 3–6 month paid internship with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role based on performance.
