About The Position
Tulip, a leader in AI-native frontline operations, is seeking an Operations Intern to join their team in Somerville, MA. This role is an in-office, on-site position, 5 days a week. Tulip helps companies globally by providing their workforce with composable, connected apps that enhance work quality, improve efficiency, and ensure end-to-end traceability. Requirements
- Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and takes a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and present projects to the team and company.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Excited about adopting new tools and AI technologies to work smarter.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects — building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ.
- Keep the space organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
- Manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Source, procure, and maintain office equipment.
- Support workplace culture initiatives: town halls, happy hours, team events.
- Support hardware fulfillment.
