The Operations Internship is a year-long, cohort-based program designed for college or seminary students pursuing the administrative or operational side of ministry. This unpaid internship provides future participants with a practical foundation in the process, systems, and stewardship principles that sustain a healthy church. Under the supervision of the operations team leaders, interns will spend 20 hours a week gaining hands-on experience in areas such as worship production, church finance, church administration, facilities management, communications, or information technology. In addition to departmental work and ministry team meetings, the cohort gathers weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and specialized training. This immersive experience focuses on the "why" and "how" behind church operations management, ensuring participants are the primary beneficiaries of the program through significant professional skill acquisition and theological reflection.
