About The Position

The Operations Internship is a year-long, cohort-based program designed for college or seminary students pursuing the administrative or operational side of ministry. This unpaid internship provides future participants with a practical foundation in the process, systems, and stewardship principles that sustain a healthy church. Under the supervision of the operations team leaders, interns will spend 20 hours a week gaining hands-on experience in areas such as worship production, church finance, church administration, facilities management, communications, or information technology.
