About The Position

The Operations Intelligence Analyst to build and scale data visibility across the business. This role will own reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making across multiple functions. You’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights—enabling leadership to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and scale operations efficiently. This is a high-impact, highly technical role ideal for someone with strong Tableau and SQL skills who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments ensuring that billing processes and partner support workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Asher Med’s patient-first philosophy.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in analytics, operations, or business intelligence roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations)
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telehealth, pharmacy, or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with insurance, cash-pay models, or subscription billing
  • Experience building support teams and processes from early-stage to scale
  • Exposure to compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards across key business functions
  • Develop standardized reporting for: Patient Success (tickets, response times, resolution rates) Pharmacy Operations (fulfillment, QC, delivery performance) Clinical workflows (intake → prescribing → fulfillment)
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, and actionable
  • Analyze operational data to identify: Bottlenecks Performance gaps Trends and anomalies
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proactively surface insights—not just respond to requests
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries across internal databases
  • Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to improve data pipelines and integrity
  • Align with leadership on reporting, insights, and strategic improvements
  • Support Reporting across: Patient Success Pharmacy Clinical Product
  • Build and maintain reporting for tools such as: Zendesk (support tickets, SLAs, agent performance) Jira (engineering velocity, bug tracking, sprint performance)
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual work
  • Standardize metrics and definitions across teams
  • Improve data accessibility and usability
