The Role As the Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst – Growth Execution (Americas), you will drive the analytical engine behind Xylem’s growth transformation strategy. You will sit at the intersection of sales operations, commercial strategy, and data intelligence—turning complex business data into clear insights that strengthen forecast accuracy, sales visibility, and commercial performance. You will partner with Sales leadership, CI teams, and country leaders to improve data quality, automate reporting, and accelerate data‑driven decision-making across the region.
