About The Position
Scenthound Euless is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations & Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our dog wellness studio! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors. Scenthound is a pioneering dog wellness brand dedicated to routine care that keeps dogs clean, healthy, and happy — going beyond grooming to focus on overall wellness. Our Euless location is proud to serve the local community with a membership-based model that makes consistent dog care easy and affordable. Requirements
- Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling and interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Schedule and manage appointments using studio management software
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments accurately
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure the studio runs efficiently
- Educate clients on Scenthound membership packages and wellness services
