About The Position

As an Operations Floor Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our store running seamlessly behind the scenes while leading from the front when needed. Working closely with both the Operations and Store Leadership teams, you'll be responsible for driving operational standards, supporting stock flow, ensuring compliance, maintaining an organised back-of-house environment and helping the wider team deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a trusted keyholder, you'll confidently take ownership of day-to-day operations and step up as the on-duty leader when required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or leadership role within retail, operations, logistics or a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience handling stock processes, deliveries, inventory management or operational workflows.
Confidence leading and motivating others through positive coaching and communication.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high standards and operational excellence.
The ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

Leading daily operational activities to ensure the store runs efficiently and safely.
Taking ownership of stock flow, deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
Acting as a keyholder, supporting store opening and closing procedures and ensuring compliance with cash, safety and security processes.
Coordinating daily priorities, communicating plans effectively and helping teams stay focused on what matters most.
Coaching and supporting colleagues through on-the-job guidance, feedback and development moments.
Maintaining exceptional operational standards across stock accuracy, store presentation, health & safety and housekeeping.
Collaborating with the wider store team to ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
Managing competing priorities during busy trading periods while remaining calm, organised and solution-focused.
Supporting operational projects, floor moves, seasonal launches and process improvements.
Acting as the go-to person for resolving day-to-day operational challenges quickly and effectively.
