About The Position

As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud infrastructure and technologies while continuing to grow your SRE experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with RHEL or Linux systems administration and various Linux-based web stacks
  • 2+ years of experience deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments
  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud service offerings such as compute, storage, databases, DNS, load balancers, and identity and access management
  • Experience using containerization tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or Helm
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code, including Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience in code versioning with Git, including GitLab or Bitbucket
  • Experience working in a direct customer support role, utilizing ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in scripting or programming, including in Python, Go, and Bash
  • Experience with ITIL Service Management principles
  • Experience with SSO, including Keycloak, Okta, or similar
  • Experience with Big Data platforms or Cross Domain Solutions
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
