About The Position

Mortenson is seeking a Manufacturing Executive to lead BLUvera’s manufacturing organization and build a safe, scalable, high-performing multi-site manufacturing network. • Develop an engaged manufacturing culture grounded in trust, teamwork, accountability, respect, learning, service, and ownership.
  • Evaluate organizational structure, spans of control, leadership capacity, and staffing needs as the manufacturing footprint grows.
  • Support manufacturing facility strategy, expansion planning, operating-model decisions, and capital investment recommendations.
