As Feathery grows, we need strong operational support to keep the company running smoothly — from executive coordination to office operations and go-to-market team logistics. We’re hiring an Operations & Executive Assistant to serve as a central hub for coordination across leadership and GTM teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping teams aligned and operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This is a high-ownership role that blends: Executive support and calendar management, Office operations and workplace coordination, GTM team logistics and event coordination, Cross-functional operational support. You’ll play a key role in enabling leadership and GTM teams to operate effectively by handling the details that keep everything moving.
