Operations Excellence (OpeEX) Manager
About The Position
The Operations Excellence (OpeEX) Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, productivity, and sustainable performance. This role serves as a strategic change agent, embedding Lean principles, optimizing end-to-end value streams, and building organizational capability aligned with business priorities. This position will develop and implement value stream transformations to achieve and support Legrand LNCA priorities. This position will work closely with plant leadership and cross functional leaders to deliver breakthrough results in safety, service, quality, productivity, and working capital.
Requirements
- Experience in leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Lean principles.
- Experience in optimizing end-to-end value streams.
- Experience in building organizational capability aligned with business priorities.
- Experience in developing and implementing value stream transformations.
- Ability to work closely with plant leadership and cross functional leaders.
