The Operations Engineer II is an integral part of the production and engineering team. The Operations Engineer serves as a technical liaison between Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other supporting organizations to ensure products and processes are designed and developed with manufacturability, quality, cost, and production efficiency in mind. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for conducting manufacturability reviews, identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting production with technical solutions, and serving as a primary point of contact between Operations and Design Engineering. This position will also support the Material Review Board (MRB) process by investigating nonconformances, determining root causes, developing corrective actions, and coordinating resolutions to minimize production disruptions and improve overall product quality. The Operations Engineer will use engineering principles, manufacturing knowledge, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve production processes, reduce cost and cycle time, eliminate recurring issues, and support the successful transition of products from design through production.
