About The Position

The Operations Director oversees daily business operations of Manna Church. This includes oversight of the IT, Business Operations such as Copier Service, Phone Service, Mail, Service, Utility Service, Financial Matters and Administrative needs to the Chief of Staff. Requirements

  • A Certification or Degree in a related field such as Business Management/Operations or 3 year equivalent in experience working in this field.
  • Regular involvement in Manna Church activities and events.
  • Signed acknowledgement of Manna Church’s “Statement of Faith”
  • Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Manna Church’s employee handbook.
  • Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the Employee Handbook; participation in a small group; attending worship services; involvement in outreach; following Christ personally and passionately; sexual purity.
  • The ability to communicate verbally, clear and concise.

Responsibilities

  • Return all communications within 24 hours (1 business day)
  • Ensure Paylocity is up to date (Due by the 5th and 20th of each month)
  • Schedule and manage a calendar for the CEO.
  • Field phone calls for the CEO.
  • Represent the CEO in communication when needed
  • Maintain, prepare, and submit receipts and requisitions for credit card purchases.
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation for the CEO’s credit cards
  • Request and reconcile cash advances
  • Submit requisitions for checks
  • Maintain Operation Contracts such as Supply/Water/IT/Services//Multisites/etc.
  • Assist Group Travel Arrangements
  • Work with HR Director to assure that any employee that the CEO request to have an additional going away gift (applies to employees who have been on staff for at least 90 days)
  • Hosting/Travel for CEO Guests
  • Assist in ordering/picking up of office supplies
  • Responsible for the organization of the Supply cabinet and closet
  • Maintain files for Operations
  • Responsible for upkeep of copier contracts/ supplies and assisting in training staff members in copier printer functionality.
  • Manage Conference Room Schedule
  • Print Elder/Pastor Certification
  • Approve IT purchases/geoIM actions
  • Guardian/Shuttle Drivers Background checks
  • Guardian Spreadsheet UTD
  • Observe the CEO’s emails
  • Keep abreast of all duties and commitments of the CEO and initiate actions where appropriate
  • Manage Mobile phone plan
  • Order new mobile phones
  • Update information for employees, including overseas travel
  • Receptionist Coverage Rotation Schedule
  • Responsible for upkeep of Postage Meter
  • Ensure that there is credit available to use for outgoing mail
  • Train and coordinate for days not in the office
  • Manage [email protected] email accounts
  • Screen emails and distribute to the appropriate lanes or respond as needed.
  • Access accounts [email protected]
  • Screen emails for Operational Invoices and Contracts
  • Participates in 90 day reviews for Administrative Assistants
  • General Training to new employees on copier, mail machine, and phones.
