Job Description Operations Digital Assets Platform Manager Job Description The Operations Platform Management team is looking for an individual contributor to help track, prioritize, and shape digital asset strategy and implementation for Operations. This individual will join the Money Movement Platforms team and be responsible representing Operational needs and priorities as the bank moves towards commercialization of stable coins and other digital assets types. This team member will work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders both within and without Operations and serve as a primary contact for operational inquiries. This individual may lead or contribute to operational roadmaps, project / release coordination, resource allocation and vision for digital asset strategies. This role will require significant communication and collaboration across multiple levels of stakeholders and executives. To be successful in this role, an individual will need to exhibit fluency with digital assets, including digital wallets, on-chain and off-chain transactions, and tokenized assets. Experience in operations, particularly banking operations will be helpful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically six or more years of related experience
• Digital asset fluency

• Blockchain experience
• Operations experience, particularly banking operations
• Agile experience, including use of Jira / Confluence
• Experience with platform software development lifecycle routines
• Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to lead/collaborate with and empower teams
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• track, prioritize, and shape digital asset strategy and implementation for Operations
