About The Position

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking dedicated individuals to join their building operations and conversions team within Deer District and Fiserv Forum. This part-time role is crucial for ensuring tasks are accurately and efficiently completed on time, supporting various events through the setup and removal of equipment. The position primarily involves overnight conversions (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) but also offers opportunities during first and second shifts. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential, with a focus on making the Deer District a premier destination. This role is represented by MASH.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds consistently.
Ability to work in a team environment or independently as needed.
Must be available to work overnight and irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Successfully completed a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete conversions including installing and removing basketball courts, building stages, moving retractable seating sections, courtside chairs and platforms, media areas, dressing rooms and hospitality areas, tables, chairs, pipe and drape.
Learn and apply accurate techniques for setups to prevent damage to equipment and ensure team member safety.
Set up and perform general maintenance of staging panels, barriers, back drop panels, and stage skirting according to specific event needs.
Perform basic laundry tasks for table linens and other items.
Prepare the arena for ice events by assisting with conversions, building and maintaining the ice surface, and installing dashers and hockey glass.
Organize and clean all storage areas within the district.
Assist with clearing snow and ice using hand shovels during winter weather.
Perform general facility maintenance, such as pressure washing.
Other duties as assigned.
