Requirements

18 years of age or older.
High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (“GED”).
2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

2 years of industrial manufacturing supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Be accountable for team member safety.
Oversee the completion of daily monitoring to include: safety/housekeeping checklists; process control conditions (temperature, pressure, level, etc); regulatory/compliance monitoring (air, water, SQF, GMP); and other monitoring as requested by Management.
Oversee the execution of the daily production plan as provided by Chem Ops Management.
Develop the skill set of team members.
Ensure high housekeeping standards for production facility(s) are maintained.
Assist warehouse personnel with packaging, raw material, and product movements.
Other duties as assigned.
