About The Position

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world's largest powersport auction and remarketing company. This role is responsible for verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility, managing warehouse inventory, and the placement of titled and non-titled units. The position requires safe and responsible work practices, and overtime may be required. Requirements

  • 0 buy backs in 90 days is required for advancement.
  • ~2 CR per hour average or ~16 day.
  • Proficient with CR guidelines related to specific categories.
  • Proficient in CR definitions for these categories.
  • Must be able to create inspections on Level 1 categories and complete inspections on Metric Cruiser, Domestic Cruiser categories.
  • Must have inspections checked by the lead CR writer, Pro User, before being uploaded on new categories until lead CR writer has determined CR writer has mastered NEW categories.
  • Must be able to enter the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
  • Must be able to check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS.
  • Must be able to verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
  • Must be able to check all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
  • Must be able to make comments as necessary during the condition reporting process.
  • Must be able to tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
  • Must be able to be responsible for auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
  • Must be able to stow away electronics, computers and cameras, day of auction.
  • Must be able to return company equipment before end of shift.
  • Must be able to review past CR'S and QC as needed.
  • Must be able to scan out vehicles during auction and delivery process on day of auction.
  • Must be able to help Dealers and other Employees as needed.
  • Must arrive to work on time per required work schedule.
  • Must be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
  • Must use company equipment and computers for company purposes only.
  • Must operate company vehicles safely and within their intended purpose.
  • Must dress appropriately to job duties and within the parameters of the current employee manual.
  • Must pick up after yourself.
  • Must keep work area neat and clean.
  • Must ask questions if unsure.
  • Must check in and out with direct supervisors at the beginning and end of daily shift.
  • No open toed shoes in warehouse.
