The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily and long-term operational needs of Roots Community Health. This position helps ensure that all facilities, equipment, systems and logistical processes are well-coordinated and maintained across Roots sites. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Operations Coordinator supports key efforts that keep our spaces functional and responsive to staff and community needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and is skilled at balancing hands-on work with strategic coordination.
