About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator</b> to support the day -to -day operational functions of our growing ABA organization. This is a full -time, on -site position based in Durham, North Carolina</b>. This role supports ABA service delivery and works closely with clinical teams to help ensure services are delivered consistently and in alignment with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) standards. </p> The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting care coordination for in -home ABA services</b>, ensuring scheduling, communication, and operational workflows run smoothly for children, families, and clinical teams. This role works closely with internal clinical and operational stakeholders to support timely service delivery and operational follow -through. </p> As the organization continues to grow, this position may also provide limited clinic -based operational support</b> and assist with early -stage franchise and service expansion activities</b>. Responsibilities may evolve over time based on operational needs and business growth. </p> This is a full -time, salaried, exempt position</b> reporting to the Clinical Operations Director. </p>

Requirements

  • Experience in operations coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred </p>
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</b>, behavioral health services, or therapy -based care models preferred </p>
  • Experience supporting clinical or therapy teams in an ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare setting strongly preferred </p>
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment </p>
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills </p>
  • High attention to detail and strong follow -through </p>
  • Comfortable working cross -functionally with clinical and operational teams </p>
  • Reliable, adaptable, and solution -focused approach to work </p>

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling coordination for in -home ABA services </p>
  • Communicate with internal teams to support continuity of care </p>
  • Assist with operational workflows that promote efficiency and organization </p>
  • Track and support service activation and operational follow -through </p>
  • Provide limited clinic -based operational support as needed </p>
  • Assist with early franchise coordination and new service location setup </p>
  • Support operational initiatives tied to organizational growth </p>
  • Support operational workflows that align with ABA service delivery and client programming </p>
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to help ensure scheduling and operational support meet ABA service requirements </p>
