About The Position

The Operations Coordinator at the Milwaukee, WI site supports the shipment and/or packaging of customer orders and processes inbound shipments for unpacking & restocking, all while following current department procedures and guidelines. The Operations Coordinator will be used for direct labor when needed. This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization. External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Supports the shipment and/or packaging of customer orders.
• Processes inbound shipments for unpacking & restocking.
• Follows current department procedures and guidelines.
• Used for direct labor when needed.
• Training and motivating employees.
• Responsible for the identification and implementation of system and/or process improvements.
