The Operations Coordinator’s primary function is providing administrative support for all phases of activities and functions associated with program, project and divisional planning within the Conservation and Education division. This role acts as the first point of contact for external and internal interests in education, engagement and volunteer programs. The Operations Coordinator will interact professionally and amiably with guests, program participants, visitors, and staff. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Brown Conservation Education Center (BEC) by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. The position's day-to-day duties may vary depending on priorities and demands set by division leadership.
