About The Position

This Operation Coordinator supports Waco facility operations by coordinating inventory management, procurement, contractor/vendor engagement, and reactive maintenance work order planning. This role partners closely with technicians, production teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure parts availability, accurate SAP records, efficient work order execution, and minimized production downtime. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and either experienced in SAP/inventory management or willing to learn the system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License (To be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company’s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers – MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening.)

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of relevant experience, or an AA/BS degree with no relevant experience

  • Understanding of manufacturing and/or a strong desire to learn agriculture operations

  • Proficiency with business software applications and willingness to learn systems such as SAP and other site-specific tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to nonexecutive employees, small teams, and departments, including preparing, editing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes using business software applications;
  • Perform data entry and manage paper and electronic document filing and archiving, maintaining accurate records, files, and calendars for efficient organization;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements, and receive, screen, and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources;
  • Assist staff in operational activities across your delegated area of expertise, including HSE, grower accounting, field operations, plant operations, human resources, accounts payable, procurement, and other areas defined by leadership;
  • Participate in community outreach events representing the site and support site initiatives and Production System improvements;
  • Enter and validate information in computer and data systems, support Production Orders and inventory management, and perform SAP data entry, including maintaining contract and grower vendor data and supporting inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations;
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of site employees, follow and communicate payroll policies, perform audits to ensure compliance, and support the site expense management program by helping employees complete expense reports;
  • Understand the site accounts payable process, review and process freight payments and bulk shipments, schedule deliveries with some supervision, and complete payments to vendors to support smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with payroll management, such as documenting exceptions, validation of time entered ADP and checking information.
